The AVP Chicago Championships wrapped up an electrifying weekend of volleyball as Palm Beach Passion and Brooklyn Blaze battled it out for the women’s crown, with Wilkerson and Humana-Paredes powering Palm Beach to a hard-fought 2–0 victory. On the men’s side, Palm Beach Passion’s Dalhausser and Crabb edged LA Launch’s Smith and Webber in a nail-biting two-set thriller, securing the championship and closing an unforgettable weekend of beach volleyball in the Windy City.
The AVP Tour returned to Chicago this weekend with high-level action on the lakefront. On Day One, San Diego Smash (Devon Newberry / Geena Urango) stunned the third-seeded L.A. Launch in straight sets, while Brooklyn Blaze (Lexy Renaburg / Julia Donlin) battled past Miami Mayhem in a nail-biter. With the semifinals set for tonight, Palm Beach Passion awaits San Diego in a must-watch clash.
Intrinsic Downtown is hosting three separate volleyball conditioning camps designed to help athletes build the strength, endurance, and skills needed for the upcoming season. The sessions are scheduled for July 7-9, July 14-16, and July 21-23, running from 9 AM to 11 AM each day.
